Marketing Associate (Work From Office – Ludhiana)
About the role
Saguna Consulting is looking for a creative, research-driven, and proactive Marketing Associate to help build our digital presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and our website.
This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to every stage of marketing, from researching industry trends and generating content ideas to designing creatives, writing copy, and executing campaigns. We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and using modern AI tools to work smarter.
Key responsibilities
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and customer insights to identify content opportunities.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, X, blogs, newsletters, and our website.
- Design social media creatives, presentations, banners, thumbnails, and other marketing assets.
- Write captions, articles, newsletters, scripts, website copy, and campaign content.
- Plan, organise, and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with different teams to transform business ideas into compelling stories.
- Track content performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute fresh ideas that strengthen Saguna's brand.
Mandatory skills
- Strong experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical thinking.
- Understanding of branding, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Good design sense, including typography, layouts, colour, and visual hierarchy.
