When Rabble Health set out to support patients and caregivers navigating complex diseases, they weren’t looking to launch just another health app. They wanted to build a digital companion that could hold space for care and grow with the people who depended on it. Saguna Consulting partnered with Rabble Health to design and build myRabble, a mobile platform created from the ground up to support patients, caregivers, and advocacy communities through education, connection, and disease navigation.

Care doesn’t happen in neat workflows. It happens in moments of uncertainty, late nights, shared decisions, and unanswered questions. For patients and caregivers, access to the right information and the right community, can make the difference between feeling isolated and feeling supported.

The constraint
Rabble Health needed to launch an MVP quickly to support active disease programs, while requirements continued to evolve in real time. The platform had to be built from scratch, support both iOS and Android, and serve as a long-term foundation not a single-use application.
Speed was critical. So was getting it right.
Our delivery
Saguna Consulting partnered closely with Rabble Health to define the right scope, assemble a dedicated delivery team, and ship incrementally using agile practices. We focused on building core modules, caregiver roles, community connectivity, and disease-specific content, while designing the architecture to support future expansion without rework. We built core capabilities including caregiver and patient roles, daily reminders, disease specific education for conditions such as asthma and cancer, community engagement features, and program level configurability.
